1. Terms & Conditions
THAT IS IT obrt za prijevoz i usluge i turistička agencija THAT IS IT, Vl. Melinda Borzić, Kneza Višeslava 20, Split, OIB: 67860987595, and operates under the brand name of "Split Transfers" on the website www.split-transfers.com hereinafter ("We", "Carrier").
The Carrier made this terms and conditions (hereinafter "Terms and Conditions") in order to define the rights and obligations between the Carrier and service users (hereinafter "User").
Making reservations and using our services you enter into an agreement with the Carrier and become legally bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2. Booking ordering
Reservation need to be submitted at least 48 hours up front your arrival.
For the execution of the reservation is necessary to follow the booking procedure on our website. The person who makes the booking must be over 18 years old. User is responsible for the validity of the data included in the reservation form.
The Carrier is not required to make a reservation. If the reservation is not successful User will be notified via e mail address which stated in the reservation form.
For the final booking is required to pay an advance of at least 30% of the total amount of the reservation. Payment is made to the bank account of the Carrier in Otp Bank.
After receiving the payment Carrier shall submit to the booking confirmation / voucher, at the e mail address given by the User in filling out the reservation form. User is obliged to review upon receipt of confirmation, and if there are irregularities immediately notify the Carrier, otherwise the information supplied in the booking will be considered valid. The User is required to print out the booking confirmation and present it to the driver before entering the vehicle.
3. User rights to change or cancel the reservation
The User has the right to change the reservation, and in this case is required to send a request to change the reservation to the email address of the Carrier, at the latest 24 hours before arrival. If possible, change of reservation will be made at no cost fees. The Carrier reserves the right to refuse to change the reservation.
In case of cancelling Service within 48 hours of the execution of the Service we are not required to return the previously paid amount.
In case of cancelling Service more than 48 hours from the date of execution of the Service, we are required to return total amount payed previously reduced by 20 euros within 15 days of the day of cancellation.
In the case that User does not appear at the starting point in the appointed time (so-called "no-show" situation), without having informed the Carrier of the delay or canceled the service, the User is not entitled to a refund that is paid, the Carrier has the right to charge the service from the rest of the amount reserved services.
4. Changes and Cancellations by the Carrier
We will notify you as soon as reasonably possible in the event that we have to make a significant modification to your verified Services or to cancel them. We will as well use all reasonable attempts to find alternative Services for you without additional charge.
5. Rights and obligations of The User
Your responsibility is to travel with the booking voucher that lists all details about the Service.
In case your flight is late or delayed, you must contact the carrier.
In the event that that you don't show up at the starting point in the assigned time, without informing us of the postpone or canceling the Service, you don't have right to a money back you have paid, and we hold the right to charge the Service from the rest of the total reserved services.
6. Rights and obligations of the Carrier
Carrier agrees to make passenger transport professionally and in accordance with the rules and laws of Croatia. The Carrier guarantees that all vehicles that are used for transport are registered and insured by Croatian laws. Personal insurance is included in the price of the transfer.
The Carrier is not liable for damage caused by unfavorable conditions (outstanding conditions on the roads, conditions unfavorable for driving, flood, fire, strikes, official authority interventions, etc.).
If service was not performed or was performed in part, the fault of the Carrier, the Carrier is obliged to compensate the damage he has made by failure to comply contracted services.
The Carrier is not required to embark previously unreported baggage. The Carrier is not responsible for the content of baggage.
The Carrier cannot guarantee the exact duration of the trip. Information about the duration of the voyage published on the website of the Carrier are for information only and do not necessarily match the actual travel time.
If the selected vehicle is not available, Carrier has the right to transport passengers with other appropriate vehicle.
The Carrier reserves the right to refuse boarding of passengers in case of noticing that some of the passengers are doing inappropriate acts or they are under the influence of alcohol, drugs or other opiates. In this case, the service will be considered canceled and the user is not entitled to a refund.Jurisdiction of the courtThe parties hereof shall endeavor to resolve any disputes amicably. Otherwise, they are subjected to the decision of the competent court in Split, Croatia, and the applicable law will be Croatian law.
7. Complaints
In case you face a issue with your Service, please give us a call or send us e-mail provided to you on your booking voucher. Failing to inform us concerned of your problem at this stage can impact our capability to inspect the matter complained of.

We will certainly try to solve all Service concerns within 15 days of warning announcement.
